How do I place a custom order?

Just send us an email describing what you are looking for and when you need them by and then we will be in touch with you to complete the order. It helps when we can work with a swatch if you are looking for a specific color match. All swatches can be mailed to J*Flops, PO Box 836, Fair Oaks, CA 95628. Be sure to include a note with the swatch clearly stating your name and contact info.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please keep in mind that all of our flops are hand made just for you! It usually takes 10-15 days to design and create your flip flops, plus 2-5 days for shipping. Faster services are available, just see the next question…

How can I get my order sooner?

Rush Processing: Please select this option if you need to receive your flops faster than the normal 10-15 day timeframe. By selecting rush processing, your flops will be made and shipped within 2-3 days. There is a $12 /per pair charge for rush processing. Rush processing might not be available for all orders. It is best to send us a quick email asking if the specific style/size/color you would like can be made on a rush timeframe. You can also select overnight shipping if you need them super fast.

Can I receive a discounted price if I order a large quantity?

Yes, we can accommodate special orders that are 30 pairs or more at a discounted rate. We also enjoy working with sports teams and schools on fundraisers, where this discount can really help make some extra money for your organization! Can I return my J*Flops?

You can return your J*Flops for any reason within 10 days of receiving the order and as long as they have never been worn. A full refund will be given once they have been received by J*Flops. Although any return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility.

J*Flops seem more expensive than the average pair of flip flops, why is that?

All J*Flops are handmade with the finest quality embellishments. All J*Flops are made to order, not mass produced. The time and creativity that goes in to each pair far exceeds any pair that you can find at a discount store. J*Flops are special and are made for those special people out there that appreciate and crave the finer things in life as well posses a desire for fashion that caters to your own unique personality!

Why do I have to sign up for an account to order J*Flops?

To better keep track of our customers and orders, we need to have them sign up for an account. If there is ever a problem this allows us to easily reference the order and quickly help you! All of your account information is confidential and will never be given or sold to another entity for marketing or advertising purposes.
